Who we are
This website is operated by Go Digi Tech Pty Ltd (ABN 71 683 408 068), trading as Helion Digital Solutions, based in Wollongong, NSW.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, your business name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, the service you are interested in, and whatever you write in the message.
If you become a client, we also hold the information needed to quote, invoice and deliver your work.
We also use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site. It records things like which pages were viewed, roughly how visitors arrived, approximate location by city, and the type of device used. It does not tell us who you are, and we do not send it your name, email address or anything you write in the contact form.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare quotes and invoices, and to deliver work you have engaged us for. Nothing else. We do not add you to a marketing list and we do not send sales sequences.
Where it goes
Your information is stored in our own system on our own server. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing.
We use two outside services in the ordinary course of business: an email delivery provider to send our replies, quotes and invoices, and a payment provider if you choose to pay by card. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are kept for two years and then deleted. Client records are kept for seven years, which is what Australian tax law requires.
Seeing or deleting your information
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge.
Some records we may be required to keep even if you ask us to delete them — invoices, for example, where tax law sets a minimum retention period. If that applies we will tell you which records and why.
Cookies
This site uses cookies needed to keep you signed in if you have an account with us.
It also uses Google Analytics cookies to tell repeat visits apart from new ones. If you would rather not be counted, Google offers an opt-out add-on for most browsers, or you can block cookies in your browser settings. The site works normally either way.
If something goes wrong
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, contact us first and we will try to sort it out.
If you are still not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
