Migration and education consultancies handle sensitive, high-stakes paperwork on tools that were never designed for it. Client pipelines live in spreadsheets. The documents that carry the most weight — statements, statutory declarations, Form 888s — get rebuilt by hand every time, by people whose expertise is immigration law, not formatting.
There was no Australian CRM built for that specific work.

What was built
A complete subscription platform, from the marketing site to the product itself.
The product handles the practice end to end: a lead pipeline, AI-assisted drafting of the documents agents rebuild most often, payment-plan tracking, a knowledge base covering twenty-plus visa subclasses with checklists and processing times, and shareable booking links on each practice's own subdomain. Reporting sits across it.
Commercially it runs as a per-seat subscription — A$49 and A$99 per seat per month, with a seven-day trial that takes no card — billed through Stripe. Document drafting runs on Anthropic's Claude.
Data residency is treated as a feature rather than a footnote. Everything stays on Australian servers under the Privacy Act 1988, which matters when the files in question are people's immigration histories.
The marketing site sits in front of it, with separate positioning pages for migration agents and education consultants so each audience lands on copy written for its own practice, plus a content library aimed at the questions those practices search for.
